  1. First, I suggest you switch to SeveNBase, because even though it is less-used by modders to create new armors and followers, it has plenty of benefits too. Its definitely my favorite of the replacers. Secondly, when installing a new body mod, I typically restart everything. That is just the way my mind works though. For you, I would suggest you pay attention to where on your load order (Plugins list) the CBBE body mod is. After uninstalling CBBE, be sure to move UNP or whichever body you choose, to the exact same spot that CBBE was in. Also be sure that all armor mods relevant to CBBE are gone or are replaced by UNP armors (or armors that fit the body type of your choice). While armor mods don't typically cause CTD, they will cause irritating clipping errors and believe me, it will get to you after awhile. Most CTDs are caused by mod incompatibility or load order issues. I would take the precaution of having a new save just in case something goes wrong, however, in my experience, you should not have anything go wrong as long as your load order is sound. When starting Skyrim, you may get a message that says, "This save relies on content that is no longer available. Do you still wish to continue?" and you would click "Yes". More often than not, you will just be loaded into your game and the body mod should be active with no issues. It should be noted that on rare occasions the save can become "corrupted" and you will need to start over which is why I suggest that you have a new save on standby. Other than that though, I don't foresee any other problems. Good luck to you and be sure to let me know how you make out! Thanks for your reply I'm sorry I didn't replied faster I was a bit busy. I decided to stick with CBBE because I finally figure out how to use bodyslide so the outfit match my character body it was pretty simple (lol) I also found a nice body texture. I consider my game pretty stable for the amount of mods I have installed but I still get random CTD once in a while when loading a game save, in this case I usually close the game (of course), close MO, launch Mo and then load my save and everything work (lol). I don't really understand what cause this I guess it might be some orphan script left from mod... it happen such randomly with no pattern or anything so yea... I did follow a tons of tutorial on how to make skyrim more stable such as "Anatriax guide" and it work out pretty well compare to when I first start modding skyrim with only 5 mod ctd lol.
  2. I am looking to try a different body mod I want to switch from CBBE to UNPB and I would like to know what to expect I have about 120 mods installed so yea im kinda scared that it will CTD if I do the switch I know I have some mod relate to cbbe mod which I will have to uninstall during the process but if anyone ever done it could you please tell me if you had any problem and/or what I should do ? do I need a new save ?
  3. if you can stand the 30 fps then your good
  4. I might try rampage and Tranquility fry machine
  5. what do you mean they won't work together ? and yea I tried f12 as well and my game crash too. I just tried taking a screenshot without cot and elfx and it work. but my game did work with both activated too. I use Mo so it probably juist overwrite the files I guess ? http://img15.hostingpics.net/thumbs/mini_303635ScreenShot6.png
  6. I have -skyrim hd2k -whiterun road 4k parallax -perfect whiterun -skyrim jk -opethfeld ENB -climate of tamriel -climate of tamriel weather patch -elfx -ruffled feather I tried taking a screenshot of how my whiterun look right now but the game crash everytime I press "prntscrn" my fps kinda suck it sometime go below 20 but omg this look REAALLLYYY GOOD best graphic ever but my gtx 770 4gb can't handle that much
  7. oh ok thanks ! can I combine the 4k parralax mod from pfusher with my skyrim hd 2k ? or should I remove skyrim hd2k and put parallax ?
  8. thanks very much! i have followed as much as i can thats applicable. i think i just have to reduce a lot of graphics settings and hope that i dont push skyrims engine too hard. i have reached a point where my CTD's are as infrequent as they can be (i think) so i will not pester everyone here anymore. cheers for helping! when i know enough about modding i will be sure to help out others too! you can add a ton of mod if you want but you need a good frame for it too work just make sure you follow correctly the sheeson memory patch it will help a lot. The major cause of CTD for me was some ENB file leftover in my skyrim folder I don't get CTD only really rarely and I usually know why it happen the guide did help me a lot but I wouldn't suggest you to install his mod and stuff just take the knowledge you need and mod it till it crash ! (then start all over again till it crash !)
  9. Like I said, Opethfeldt ENB, and I also use ELFX. I use 4k Parallax by Pfuscher, and a ton of other parallax mods to get full coverage of most textures. If you want my full modlist I can provide it. yes please I Love the way your whiterun look I actually ask on the forum if anyone knew what mod it was lol this is how my whiterun look right now (I cant play it kill fps badly lol) http://img11.hostingpics.net/thumbs/mini_267231ScreenShot5.png
  10. ok so I am looking for this texture mod or addon or whatever it is but I want my whiterun to look like this do you know what are these mod ? http://imgur.com/a/4jMyH#4 Thanks
  11. you can achieve something decent looking without all these requierement.... I mean look at the grass in the video.. this amount of grass cost about 20-30 fps and more. You need to install lower texture res and no grass and make sure you find a extreme performance saver ENB or just don't use one at all unless 30 fps is ok with you there is nothing else you can do....
  12. this guy have 2 way sli gtx 780 don't talk to me about fps you definitely can't run this
  13. they are mostly all compatible with overhaul go to nexusmod and search mod by categories, select ENB PRESET and then look for the most download and you'll find something I currently use this enb below with climate of tamriel and weather patch and other "overhaul" http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/18941/? Gopher said it kills FPS System Specs: GTX 960m 4GB VRAM i7-4720HQ 12GB RAM I7 4770 3.8 16gb ram gtx 770 4gb I can run opethfeld enb at around 50 fps which is not that bad I think you have more powerful specs than I am since I'm on a Mobile GPU. yes most likely but almost every enb are performance heavy and will drain power I tested opethfeld, project enb, realvision, far off nirn, springtime enb and they all drain my power and kill fps down to 35-50 so yea you can either find a performance enb or just install climate of tamriel with weather patch and a few other overhaul and you'll have a decent looking game Dunno why you recommended it. I didn't recommended you anything
