Notepad++ Issues(Setup for Compiling, and AutoComplete)

I'm following the tutorials on http://www.creationkit.com/Notepad%2B%2B_Setup and I'm running into problems that others have run into before (I've done research)

- When I try go through the steps to setup the autocomplete, and I try to run it says that I'm missing the TESV_Papyrus_Flags.flg file.
- When I go through the steps to setup the Syntax Highlighting, I try to import the Papyrus file I made earlier but it said failed to import.

I've tried most of the fixes I've seen (the not UFT- 8 encoding comes to mind) but nothing is really working.

I use:http://www.netsolutions.dynu.com/downloadid/1048 . You will have to make a batch file ".bat" for the .psc script , but it was a lot easier then trying to get the convoluted interface to work with ++notepad. I gave up like you have and looked for another solution. This little dos program works without a GUI, so very old school. It works extremely well, giving you a little info on the scripting/logic problem, and the line in ++notepad that the error occurred on.

The missing TESV_Papyrus_Flags.flg means that you still need to extract the "Scripts.rar" file into your Scripts folder. When the CK was last updated, that was the one file they forgot to extract to update all of the Papyrus scripts.

When you do Syntax Highlighting you have to save the file as PSC file (extension .psc) or else the highlighting will not take effect. Other than that, what else did it say when it failed to import?

:Edt:

Here's a thread that talks about the "Scripts.rar" file: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/2711734-the-extends-script-does-not-exist/
