Deathstruck
Hello, I would like to ask if someone skilled enough with Blender etc. would be willing to fullfill this little request of mine? I am mostly interested just in the pauldrons and the harness that holds them together. http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/fallout/images/c/c8/LeatherArmorReinforced.png/revision/latest?cb=20150418163154 I know to do a few tweaks myself with NifScope, but it's mostly limited to deleting/copying over assets etc. Thanks in advance!
vTemporalZEROv
just select it all in Blender and CTRL P it to make it a separate object then delete most of the stuff and keep that..
Deathstruck
Well, I did install Blender, imported the armor but still have no idea how to separate the meshes (even after hitting CTRL+ P).
vTemporalZEROv
You go around the mesh and just select all vertices that are part of the pauldrons, once the pauldrons are basically selected just press CTRL P and it should make it a separate object. ArekkusuStorm
Psst, it's actually just P, control + P makes the object or vertices parent to something which is not what you want. Edit: Also just a tip, in edit mode, select vertices select mode and press L on any part of the pauldron, it will select the whole pauldron since it's separated from the jacket by default.
