dimetime35c
I'm currently running NMCs texture pack medium, wasteland flora overhaul, wasteland armor hi res, a vanilla gun hi res texture pack, ADAM NCR armor, and a hi res clutter pack. I have my game set to the recommended settings given by my Nvidia GPU app. Full screen 1920x1080 with Vsync turned off through .ini edit. Ive also changed my FOV to 90 in both third and first person. I've been noticing that objects and terrain will show up blurry quite frequently. I've also noticed in some areas of the game my cpu usage spikes to 100% usage. I'm not sure the problem as my rig should crush this game without breaking a sweat. Rig is i5 4690k OC to 4.8ghz, GTX 980ti, 16gb DDR3 ram. My in game settings are set to max and I'm wondering if thats messing with the texture packs as like at max setting the textures are already rendered at the resolution the pack changes them to?? Also would it help if I set the fps clamp in the .ini file to like 80 or 85ish? I don't need max fps as the shitty TV I use is only 60mhz refresh rate at 1920x1080p. Ball11
No 60fps is fine. I would keep Vsync on if you are able to stay at a high fps (above 40) and disable the fps clamp. Did you run archive invalidation invalidated from NMM?(tool section) toggle it off and on every time you install a new texture that replaces existing Make sure you have AA and AF enabled as well. Can be done in the launcher or in game I believe.

Ive just downloaded the texture packs, installed using the NMM, then just gone right into the game. When I did I saw changes with the game so I just assumed it worked???
