Getzafix Posted March 24, 2007 Share Posted March 24, 2007 Ok, first let me first start by saying how much I like OOO. I think it tweaks the gameplay and other elements just the right way to make them better. One problem I am having though is I cant seem to find any good loot at my current level. I'm level 25 now and I've been wearing the same Heavy Armor and Using the same Ebony Cutlass for almost 10 levels now. I've been looking in the forums for places people recommend for looting but they dont have the same results with OOO installed as in Vanilla Oblivion. I've searched in almost all of the places ppl commonly refer to as good for loot but the best stuff I'm finding is Orcish and Dwemer Armor and Weapons. I'm really starting to get sick of having the same equipment for level after level without ever finding anything better. So my question is this... Where can I go to find some decent loot at my level? Not to mention some challenging enemies... So can anyone tell me where I can go with OOO installed that may yeild some better results? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
chris 07 Posted March 24, 2007 Share Posted March 24, 2007 well if you playing as a female pc then i suggest looking for amazons they have good loot. you can try daedric statues and get stuff from them. go to oblivion and get daedric armor. do fighter guild quests and you'll get amour soon enough. you can also try the argonian smugglers they have some good stuff to sell to you as long as you dont join the slave traders. OOO has to load before a lot of other things to work properly.Yeah but for OOO you don't get daedric armor till level 30 and above. plus it installs by itself. SickleYield Posted March 27, 2007 Share Posted March 27, 2007 It does install by itself, but it does not set its own place in the load order (no mod can do that on its own at the present time). If you're using other mods that affect things like leveled lists, those could override it (here I'm thinking of Francesco's and MMM).
