What would be more worth it for modding Skyrim?

Sapphire R9 390 Nitro w/ backplate: $440

 

MSI GTX 980Ti: $900

 

These are all in CAD, so that's why they are unusually high.

 

The difference when converted is about $350 USD if that could give you a decent perspective.

 

I have a 4790K as well, so any card will go well with my system.

 

I want to get 50FPS-60FPS at 1080p with 2K and 4K texture mods, and a nice ENB(most likely Spectra).

 

Also before you say the 980Ti is overkill, I want the most out of any card I get, and I'll use it for 2 years minimum before ditching it. I just want any game I play inbetween then to run maxed out at 60FPS.

Which would you guys pick?
