If you had TTW or was playing FO3, what is the most common Perk you get from FO3 no matter the playthrough?

just to ask, i'm am making a Follower to have some connection to FO3 in NV through TTW, but i dont know how to script a Quest to a Greeting, like if you finished Mission A you can get greeting B.
