Underground Train system that uses Dwemer Technology

I have this idea for a train system that uses Dwemer technology to run. The idea is to place a portal in every town that takes you to a train station cell where it's possible to hop aboard atleast 2 different trains that ranges in price, each having their own explorable interiors and randomly populated with NPCs.

One is a small commuter train that costs maybe 100 gold to use, the other is a rather long luxury train with a beautfully decorated interior that includes seperate cars with their own usages such as seating, restrooms, bedrooms and a dining area that would cost about 1000 gold to use.

The background outside the trains should be animated to give the illusion that the Train is moving but should not actually be moving through Tamriel in real time to avoid being bombarded with loading area messages. In this sense, the player should be able to get off the train by talking to the conductor who will ask the player where they are going followed by receiving a list of towns to choose.

Some extra additions to the mod could be a custom music system the player can modify for themselves and also in the case of towns that are added through modding, the player should be able to use either a spell or droppable portal to add new locations for the trains to take them.

A ship transportation mod working like this would be nice, much more immersive than the current ones with instant teleportation to your destination....

Looks like you may have missed Passenger Ships of Cyrodiil, for example, and I'm very sure I've seen more than just this one of these. I swear I've also seen whole networks of passenger ships traveling along their merry water ways on a schedule, whether the player is on board or not.

Actually physically traveling ships aren't an impossibility anymore since several years by now.

Of course, using the same or similar scripting like these do one could actually very well also create an underground train system like the OP is asking for. Although it would still be a lot like the one already pointed to in here, actually physically moving along a set track from destination to destination, but additionally one could "enter" the trains' interiors and do the same things one can do now below deck of those ships.

Windows for looking outside may prove a little more difficult, if one doesn't fall back on simply "faking" them. Interiors are always a different "cell" by game design, and one cannot see from inside an interior cell to the outside or anywhere. But then again, windows in an underground subway to constantly only look at a "moving wall"? Are they really that important? Just faking it might suffice already.

Doesn't really matter how the outside of the windows appear as long as they give the train the illusion that it's moving. Of course, when I pictured the mod in my head, I was also thinking about letting the player go in between cars and climb on top of the train which is why I said the background should be animated that way.

I have tried Passenger Ships of Cyrodiil. While the idea is good I've never seen a mod that crashes so much so I uninstalled it.

I've been looking for real time traveling mods for years and the only ones I've found is Passenger Ships of Cyrodiil (real time ship network) and HAZ Classic Travel (real time horse carriage network). Last one I don't use either because it doesn't seem to be compatible with BC and/or UL.
