If your really lagging out you could always turn off the distant land, youd be suprised just how much it slows you down. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
elpiggo Posted March 29, 2007 Share Posted March 29, 2007 Distant land is a big one, but I can't play the game without it. Try toning down the trees; no distant trees, and lower tree distance. The spectacular distance doesn't improve much and putting it down will help prevent the odd stutter. Window reflections and water detail is not needed and can help things a lot. Put the antialiasing to about 2x or 4x, depending on what rates you get with them. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
