Crash on startup, can only hear music and see ENB text, but rest is black, doesn't change.

Hello. I recently had an urge to get back into FO3, since FO4 is coming out soon, I decideed to give it a go. I already had it modded, and it worked before, but I added ENBoost, now it wont work. Without ENboost, however, the game crashes every 5 minutes, and removing ENBoost doesn't help anyway.

Stopped counting at 147 files in your load list. Too many files. Your plugins are out of order. Your compatibility patches are scattered throughout the load list. Compatibility patches must load after the last mod that is being patched.

Even with this - http://puu.sh/kVc9c/4b963f682c.png - load order, it does the same. I dont think i am over loading it. My Specs are i5 4430 and GTX 970 w/ 8GB RAM, if that helps.
