NPC's not attacking me

They will attack my companions I have with me, but they'll but out and sutter in one place. Completely still until i off them and move on.

You don't need Sprint Mod, it is part of FO3 Wanderer's Edition. Also, go to the FWE mod page and read the sample load order there and fix your load order.

 

You are either using the wrong version of Mart's Mutant Mod or you have not read the requirements for the Blackened Patch and the instructions for Paradox Ignition.

 

It also looks like you did not read the description on the DC Moods mod page. DC Moods.esp=1 & Fellout-Full.esp=1 are incompatible.

 

Once you have your load order corrected, it will be much easier to find out what is causing your problem.

 

Remove any and all unused plugins. If the file is in the Data folder, the information will be loaded.

 

You also have about 30 more plugins than the game engine can handle. It is surprising that you are only having a minor problem.

1) There is a merged Paradox Ignition version of "Realistic Interior Lightning" and "Mart's Mutant Mod" - don't forget to download MMM 6.1 only for the texture/mesh/sound folders

2) For the flashlight, you only need 1 of the esp, or it will conflict - you currently have four

3) Same for Pure Water

3) for Crowded Cities, it is also one esp or the other - there is also a new version out, Redux: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/download/1000009886

 

 

Also, it seems you haven't ran LOOT to sort most of your load order.

 

Honestly it's such a mess that I'd consider starting anew. Read each installation instructions this time.
