M48A5 Posted October 25, 2015 Posted October 25, 2015 Your load list is the usual LOOT mess. Go to the FWE mod page and read the suggested load order published there and make the changes to yours. Go to the Blackened page and read the requirements for using the Blackened Mart's Mutant Mod patch. I would guess that you have the game installed in "Program Files" and FOSE is being blocked by Windows User Access Control. There are instructions available on Steam to move the game out of "Program Files".
