IsharaMeradin
What you are seeing was information added that only the author and any authorized editing users (if any) can see. The purpose of which is to know if the user asking for help has 1. downloaded the mod 2. downloaded any required files (on the Nexus) and 3. the versions of those mods. It is intended as an aid for the author to assist in troubleshooting complaints about their mod. See the following:http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1367441-required-files-notification-and-comment-download-history-update/http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/988113-download-history-functionality-on-file-comments-for-mod-authors/
DrakeTheDragon
There is no such feature showing other users your download history. And it won't be able to tell you about required files either, unless those are from the same author. All the feature can tell you is "if" the user downloaded a file of your mod and "which" one, as there's usually multiple and older versions as well even. And let's be honest, in most cases a user not wanting you to know they downloaded your file won't even post inside your comments to begin with, which is the requirement for you to be able to see whether they downloaded your files or not. You only see what they already gave away by posting a comment on your file page, that they did indeed download your file(s), BUT... unlike when only having their word on having downloaded your file and the correct one as well, while they're mostly not even able to tell that one correctly themselves, you now have the site's "verification" they did indeed download your file(s) and which one(s). This way you can, for example, easily spot when they downloaded an older version and are complaining about an already fixed bug, or they first downloaded the correct one they should have but then overwrote it with an out-dated one afterwards, again being the source of their own problems. With this handy new feature, you now know for sure... or at least for as sure as the site's download history can reliably tell you. And again, as that seems to be the one most missed point about it, the authors are "not" getting told anything at all that they won't have already known all the time by this new feature. All information an author could get about your download history by the feature you already gave them yourself by asking a question or reporting a bug, it's just the feature adds some vital information "you" all too easily tend to miss out on providing along with it.
