No eyes

I'm having some problems in game. Recently, I decided I would try out some Oblivion mods. So, I installed them and they all work smoothly...but then I noticed it. No one has any eyes. You can see right through their heads. Creepy. Anyway, is there any way I can fix this without a reinstall? I did unpack the meshes/characters .bsa and it didn't help. I have also modified the oblivion.ini file to have no boundaries...

Help?

May find something useful here: Link

What mods did you install? Have you tried removing them?

I have tried removing the mods. Unchecking esps, etc. I have also read that thread before I posted...I'm afraid I do not fully understand it since I am new at modding for Oblivion. Do I need to put some parameters in the ArchiveInvalidation file for meshes to work in the data folder? Did I unpack the wrong meshes? I couldn't find a meshes/characters/eyes or anything... Nuugh.

I would recommend you get Oblivion Mod Manager. Not only will it help you organize mods you may want to install, it also has utilities to auto-generate the ArchiveInvalidation.txt file for you.

I vaguely remember having this same problem. I think that all I did was run the archive tool in OBMM and the problem went away. It may also be caused by your mod load order, which OBMM will also let you adjust.
