M48A5
" 2.76. And I thought I'd gotten it working since they seem to export correctly for the most part. " This cannot be used to export .nif files, since NifScripts does not work for any Blender version after 2.49. You can use Blender 2.76 and export as a .blend file, import to Blender 2.49 and then export as a .nif file. NotesAlthough this is the recommended official release version, we suggest that you only use Blender 2.49 for import/export only.We recommend using Blender 2.7+ for production work.Use a recommended exchange format (.3ds, not .obj) or the .blend file set to compatibility mode to move between Blender versions. If you want to learn more about the development of the updates, please see - http://niftools.sourceforge.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=3520If you are interested in seeing the roadmap - http://niftools.sourceforge.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=3568
Danneyo
That seems to have fixed the issue. But when one issue is squashed, another appears in its place. Specifically, the textures work fine when they're in Nifskope, but when I import them to the GECK, the textures refuse to load. Weird thing is that it looks like they load in game, but only when viewed from certain angles. Otherwise it disappears or turns white. I've tried importing and exporting several times to no avail. I've tried a few times to find a solution online without success. It's probably gonna be super simple, but I can't figure it out for the life of me.
