Suggestion: Deactivate Empty Mods

With the new way of uploading, it's now possible to create an upload slot and not actually upload a file. I like this ability because it gives me time to add the URL to my readme, compress my archive and then upload it. But it seems people are "forgetting" to actually upload their mod (if they even have one).

My suggestion is to "deactivate" any mods that have no files associated with them after a certain amount of time so they don't show up in the total count of mods available or in searches or lists. Basically hide them from everyone except the original author.

I'd even go so far as to suggest that the mod does not become "visible" to the general public until at least one file is uploaded. This would really be a cool feature that could allow us authors to create an upload slot without anyone commenting in the 1st 5 seconds on the lack of pictures, files, descriptions, etc. until we are actually done with the entire upload process.

Here are a list of examples:

luna a hot mystic elf

Luna

Morrowind 2006 alpha

Thanks,
