Crashes everywhere in Rivet city

[raitomizumi]

So I just got to Rivet city and found that I can't go anywhere except for the muddy bar without the game crashing on the loading screen. I can leave the city and save just fine, but entering any area other than the stairwell and the bar will crash.

I don't use too many mods, and I've tried disabling most of them to no effect. Disabling autosave and making merged patch doesn't help either.

If anyone know what's wrong I would appreciate it

Your load order is not correct.

 

It should start: Fallout3.esm

Anchorage.esm

ThePitt.esm

Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch.esm

 

DarNifiedUIF3.esp should be the first .esp followed by the rest of the .esp.
