Morbide
Good news, someone on Reddit has succeeded in unpacking the .ba2-files. Is that the correct link? Don't see anything about the .ba2 files there? "Source: Ripped from Fallout4 - Voices.ba2"
JianXintou
Yeah, that appears to be a link about the names that Codsworth can say - not the b2a. archive. Edit: Whoops, seems we skipped sth. there. Edited November 9, 2015 by JianXintou
hexabit
Good news, someone on Reddit has succeeded in unpacking the .ba2-files. Is that the correct link? Don't see anything about the .ba2 files there? It says "ripped" from the .ba2, but the filepath strings are fully visible in the file with a hex editor I believe. Doesn't mean that he unpacked the file. Edit: I have an extractor ready to go, and I'm just waiting to be told what the adjustments to the file header are as well as the layout of the records. I have been told by the F4SE team that it's only a slight modification of BSA. Edited November 9, 2015 by jonwd7

I asked the guy on Reddit how he extracted the filenames but it seems he can't be bothered to answer.

OrganicView
Yeah, but if we have the file name, it's at least possible to do basic replacement with loose files, assuming loose files work like in Skyrim, right ? Edit : Didn't think about the nif files, but it should be possible to replace textures, or music pretty easily Edited November 9, 2015 by OrganicView
ModelsOfBoats
So what about modifying health values? I want to get started on that as soon as possible.
ianpatt
I've posted a command line tool for extracting .ba2 archives at http://f4se.silverlock.org. Please read the readme first.
hexabit
I will have a GUI version for extracting BA2s up on here shortly, which I couldn't have done without ianpatt. :) I'm just waiting on this UI library to compile statically so that I don't have to include the DLLs.
