newbie looking for modding help

hey whats going on. My Name is Brutus, I own Oblivion, and Morrowind and i'm looking for some help with the Construction kit. I want to build houses, armor. all that stuff.. i'm not completely hopeless when it comes to that kind of thing, but i would like to know what i need to get program wise, and just some tips for beginners like myself.

I'm sure that you are tired of people trying to get on board with this, but if you could give me some pointers, maybe i could turn soemthing out that might be worth while to at least check out.

current programs that i have.

 

Elder Scrolls Construction kit (no idea what i'm doing in here)

Oblivion Construction Set (no idea what i'm doing in here either)

Photoshop CS2 (Lots of Expirience with this program)
