ShadyDANIEL
I am having the same issues as Ceano. I have tried reinstalling all of my mods, then bashed patch them together with the DLC, but no luck. Edit: Going to bed, just wanted to add in a thanks to the F4SE team for working hard to get a new update out(even if I can't seem to make it work). At the end of my rope, I went and deleted all mods I was running that require f4se, even the ones without ESPs. Those were the culprit, wiping them out let me load in past the initial black screen and into the main menu. Hope they get updated to the new version soon, it's going to be bothersome being unable to jump out of vertibirds until then.

Thx for giving me the idea... i had the same issue and just uninstalled Vertibird Jump 1.2 and it works. So it seems this mod was causing the problem... ceano
Will try and remove "Vertibird Jump 1.2" and see if that helps, thanks for the headsup Yomggi. Did downgrade Fallout 4 to 1.8.7 instead so i can use mods like... Achievements & Mods FIX Place Everywhere Vertibird Jump v1.2 ...but still what is all those script files for that is included in F4SE (f4se_0_03_00), don't want to screw up my save files with scripts that i don't need if that is the case! Yomggi
You're welcome mate, in fact i checked, the problem is also reported on the mod's page so we'll just have to wait the author to fix it...
Cemology
So, are you guys saying that F4SE 0.3.0 works and that the Vertibird Jump mod was the culprit? I can't test mine yet. EDIT: NVM. It's working fine. Edited February 7, 2017 by Cemology
