Switch
I don't think that level of realism should ever be forced onto a player. If you had the option to turn it off then fine, as has been said.

Parkillous
tbh why would you want food in and drink in the game if you cant taste it yourself... your character sure as hell aint gonna care whether they eat and drink, and neither are you... once they develope technology for computer games that stimulates the taste sense... then yes, I hope the reward at the end of the main quest is a buffet!!!! zaybertamer
I wouldn't mind it if one could toggle it. I myself will have my char sleep to average out the time awake vs time slept, but I'm not good at having my guy eat :P I would likely turn such a feature on, if it was available. And have different effects for levels of exhaustion and hunger/thirst. Also, now I am hungry. I think I'm going to get a snack...
MastrGunZ
I think everyone is going to agree on being able to toggle it on or off toggle, if you can toggle it why not have it in there?
ItWotBeSoonBeforeLong
No.I believe it would take the roleplaying experience out of it.It would be nice to have longer effects like increased fatigue for mabye an hour or more...But no requirement. cryocry
No. I would only eat and sleep if my character starts looking strange.
