Actors in madness

Some of you might not have been able to answer this because they were/are on vacation, but other might not have answered because they never saw it on the uploaded files page.

Im talking about a question that hasn't been answered for 4 days now in the mods topic of 'Actors in Madness' :dry:

 

The question was:

The mod contain animation from the deadric prince himself, like 'sitting with cane'.

And that specific anim is my problems ('Sit with cane 1,2,3 to btw).

I downloaded the 'Cane of Sheogorath' mod and saw at the screenshot that he was actually using the cane whilst sitting on a chair.

If i even attempt to do that it fails because every time he sits down my weapons are unequipped automaticly.

Now i was wondering, how can i sit on a chair and make sure that when my charachter uses the above named animations he actually holds his hand on the cane (staff weapon) instead on thin air? :(

Maybe because your using C1.2 and that has lots of bugs that need fixing.

Probably because the person who uploaded the mod didn't really look at how the animations are handled, so just used some scripts or tinkered with idle animations in order to get an effect. Either way, this sort of thing usually doesn't get answered without messaging the mod creator as they are most likely the only one able to know wtf you're talking about.

To get the Cane to work it needs to be a ring, and equipted in the right hand. If you have it as a weapon it won't work. It has to be a ring.

That wouldn't be it mate.

Because 'Cane of Sheogorath' is a mod that replaces the 'Staff of Sheogorath' with his cane, because the author thought that Sheo used a cane and not a staff.

 

It still is a staff tough, only much shorter and compatible with 'Actors in Madness'.

And in his screens he uses 'Actors in Madness' positioned in a chair with the cane.

Would you be able to tell me how that mod of yours is called or where to download it?

Because that would come in handy! :P

 

EDIT: Oh and please tell me what mod or how you made it possible to see your own body in first person, because i always liked the idea of that, just as Dark Messiah: Might and Magic.

If it's a ring, I may need that unlimited rings mod...I have too many rings I want to wear :D

Could you PLEASE tell me where to find that mod? If you haven't uploaded it, could you PLEASE upload it and tell me when?

I never uploaded it. You won't need unlimited rings mod, after all, on that mod you can't see the rings. There is no way to see yourself in first person. That screenshot was taken using the "UFO cam" in third person. I just put the camera infront of my face.

 

So here it is. Sheogorath's Cane. I have used sheogoraths staff as the world model, but when you equipt it it shall be a cane. Un-equip all rings before putting "on" the cane. the can must be on the right hand. The animations should work then.
