Fallout 3 crashes at startup

Hey , first i want to apologize for my bad english.

 

Today i installed some mods in fallout 3 , and the game crashes at start up after the "Please stand by" image shows.

 

This is my load order :

I really dont know what's the problem , i tried to find a solution on google for 2 hours .. no chance.

Does the game start and run without mods?

 

You need to correct your load order. Go back to the FO3 Wanderer's Edition mod page, scroll down the page to the sample load order and adjust yours to match.
