BetteCorvega, I hope you don't mind but I took the approval talk #4 and modified it to try to smooth it out. I had trouble with some parts but overall I like it. I tried to keep the same feel to it and keep most of the original content that you put in there. I'm not great at this, but I'll see what you guys think?

I don't mind at all, kiddo95! I really like most of the changes you made, and I do think it keeps the same feel as my version for the most part. There's a couple places I might choose to bring back part of my version of the dialogue, or actually alter or get rid of some of what I originally had that you kept in order to make your changes work even better. But overall I like it a lot!

 

Would it bother you if I play around a bit with the changes you made and incorporate them into the cleaned up version of approval talk #4 that I am working on?

I've now got my cleaned up versions of all the approval talks available to listen to here (in my dropbox) if anyone wants to check them out and provide some more feedback!

 

This time I have put up the charisma check success and failure versions for all the new approval talk dialogue, so there's a few new things to listen to!

 

For approval talk #4, I have also uploaded versions of the audio where different conversation tree options are selected after a successful charisma check so you guys can hear all the new dialogue.

The versions with the left arrow dialogue option and the right arrow dialogue option also use the "alternate start" to the conversation that you would hear in the repeatable version of the conversation.

 

I also have two different versions going now for part of approval talk #4, and I'd like to know what you guys think about those in particular:

version 1 (using the top and bottom arrow dialogue options)

version 2 (using the top and bottom arrow dialogue options)

 

kiddo95, thank you again for letting me play around with the changes you made to talk #4 in my cleaned up version. I think I did end up using most of them in some form in both of these versions, so I'm really curious to hear what you think! (I also like the new Lover's Embrace/Relationship? dialogue you put up!)

 

I also made a few alterations to some other parts of my original version of approval talk #4 to try to make it less sound choppy audio editing wise, and also hopefully less awkward writing wise (sometimes those two goals were at odds with each other but I tried my best!). The original version is still up in my dropbox as well (in the "older versions" folder).

 

Here's a chart with all the differences between the two versions of talk #4 if anyone wants to see that - the parts that are different from my old version and also different between the two new versions are highlighted in red. I can probably combine elements of both versions if people like parts of each better!

Let me know what you guys think about all the cleaned up audio! I will be uploading some more new audio for the Relationship?, greeting, and idle dialogue soon too!

These are amazing, BetteCorvega! It flows very nicely and it sounds great both audio and writing-wise. I'm really excited for how the mod is coming along so far. Anyway, as I've said before, I've got zero modding experience, but I should have access to my gaming PC with FO4 and FO4Edit on it, and I'm planning to take a look at the game files and start playing around with them. I've found some tutorials online, so I'm going to see how far I can get with modifying the dialogue tree and the Lover's Embrace perk and all that.
