mod to separate throw grenade and weapon bash

I vote for this (and separately for doing the same thing with the rest of the ************** interface).

 

Won't be easy, apparently the keymap is partly in the executable and partly in each of the Flash menus, separately.

 

It's like having each stoplight in your city programmed separately... sometimes stop is red, sometimes it's yellow, sometimes it's green!

1 more vote for this, that trick is ridiculously bad, I didn't use any grenades or anything requiring that key in my gameplay right now just because I know it could kill me, please, someone, fix this, my bet is it will be done by Bethesda but when will it happen, I think it could take them a long time since they will probably need to adapt it to consoles if there's the same problem with gamepads, and we all knows how Microsoft and Sony loves to delay updates and force them to be approved and such which can take forever.

I partially agree. I cannot power bash enemy if I use melee weapon because I must unequip grenades.

With firearms and bashing I have no problems because hitting that button once gives hit and holding it is grenade button so not a big deal.

I dont understand why they need to spoil a perfectly good game with unsable keybindings. They did All-in-one button to mass effect, and now: fallout.

1. Please make separate melee and grenade keys.

2. I rebinded melee/grenade to G, but Hold Breath is still on Alt. Any way to get Hold Breath to another key?

3. Please make Transfer ® function rebindable, because you want to reload after killing enemy, but instaed you enter the transfer screen.

4. And F1 -F4 for pip boy INV, DATA, STAT, MAP

update:

5. Separate V button function: change 1st/3rd person view from Enter Workshop.

6. Change Exit Workshop from Esc to Tab.

+1m votes for all of theses, its unusable like they did it currently, the most annoying parts is the build workshop menus keys, always hit the wrong one, to get out, ooops it was esc this time and not tab and now my water purifier is in the workshop...

 

But for 1 thing, if Bethesda do it, some people will complain because they will have grown the bad keys into their habits. For my sniper, the damn alt to hold breath is a real pain in the ass.
