God Rays "jagged" (bug?)

Hey folks, please take a look at these screenshots (pay attention in my character's hair and neck):

God rays at "low" is jagged, really low resolution. Is as it should look?

It's a bug?
It's intentional, but NVidia photoshoped the tests (again)?

Yep, that's about right. Looks the same on my system and I have it on low since it eats framerate for breakfast.
