Raigii
Hello everyone~ I'm looking for a mod/ way, if possible, to have two characters in one game save. What I'm thinking of is where you can select two different character saves, with the other character as the one you've selected's companion. Items you give to the companion will show up in your inventory when you play as that character, and your companion's combat leveling and such will affect his xp when you play as him. Does this exist? I'm basically looking for a way to have multiple character files in one save of Skyrim. Thanks! ~

Raigii
Take a look at Familiar Faces and see if it is capable of doing what you want. Thanks, I'm aware of Familiar Faces and actually am using it right now, what I'm looking for is a mod that will 100% sync the two characters, as in for example: Say I have two character saves. In each save I have the other character as a follower. If I play on one character's save for an hour, it there a mod that can have it when I switch to the other character, the hour's worth of progress on the first character is in the second character's game? If both characters start in Whiterun and I walk to Solitude and save, can I have it so loading the other character will put me in Solitude, since that character traveled with the first one on the first save? NYKevin
You could grab a random follower and use tc on them from the console... If you also do player.tc, the AI will take over the player. In my experience, this only works properly in third person. But I'm pretty sure the player's "AI" doesn't actually do anything useful. When I tried it once, the player just stared at the ground indefinitely. And I don't think the menus will give you access to the NPC's inventory, so you'll have to set up their loadout in advance and pray you don't need a healing potion (For that matter, what happens if you're controlling a non-essential follower and you die?). I wonder if adding the player to a follower faction would give them better AI? If that works, it's probably easier than trying to mod it in. But I imagine AFT/EFF/UFO/similar mods might get confused by that. Edited November 22, 2015 by NYKevin
