EpF
I've been trying to add reduced stagger to the "Rooted" perk using TES5Edit. However, one thing is putting a halt to my gallop - When you look at Fallout4.esm in TES5Edit, Entry Points for perks don't show any values under EPFD - Data. In Skyrim.esm, this is the place where tha acutal value would go (e.g. "0.5" to reduce stagger by half). So my question is: If you have tried editing a perk's Entry Point value. did it work? Xylozi
I've been working on a Perk overhaul mod over the past day. I've found out that the PERK records only control the level and ranks of each perk. For the effects, you need to look in the SPEL group. For example, the Refractor perk is handled by the spell AbPerkRefractor. If you edit AbPerkRefractor you can change the individual MGER's (Magic Effect) as well as the magnitude, area and duration. As for the stagger from Rooted, there is no effect for Stagger under AbPerkRooted, however PerkStagger exists so you could try change that. EpF
Thanks for the reply Xylozi. However you will find that perks apply effects in a number of different ways - some through the use of Ability Spells, some through the use of Entry Points and others that use both. As an example, check out the unplayable perk "mod_armor_LessStagger".
