Maybe set for balance.Could come in varieties.Won SPAIM: holds 1 stim pack and may give you some rads when you use it. Auto Injects at 10%hp(Standard dual injector design but the other slot is far to rusty)Small SPAIM: Holds 2 Auto injects at 15%hpMaybe it could be up gradable.
