Sirmage
I was looking for a decent levelling mod for creatures and items as I heard that oblivion is a bit wierd without them (immortal bandits and imps etc.). However, I have come across a few and I don't have a clue as to which one to get  . So my question is which ones do you guys have and which are the best? CheersP.S I already have quite a few mods and I was wondering whetehr downloading the 1.2 patch might muck them up. Any suggestions?
ninja_lord666
Hello! Welcome to the forums! Have fun and worship Cthulhu! :) Personally, I don't use leveling mods. I see no need. Firstly, as an assassin/thief type character, many of my major skills aren't combat oriented. To level up those few odd combat skills, I level up my sneak and illusion so I am a good...sneaker, and I can cast invisibility and chameleon. Then I kill everyone without being seen  !As for a fighter, just spend all your money on better armour, and don't worry about anything else. If you have some left over, buy a new weapon. If you choose a mage character...well, good luck.

CheersP.S I already have quite a few mods and I was wondering whetehr downloading the 1.2 patch might muck them up. Any suggestions?Immortal stuff (or atleast things that seem so) are usually the result of these mods, not vanilla. These mods make it so that anything of any level can spawn regardless of your level. This means that at level 1 running along the road to chorrol you may stumble across a level 9 or 10 wolf. While yeah, everything in daedric/glass armor when you're level 50 does kinda suck, there are several smaller patches that fix this aspect without adjusting everything else. From my own experience, Frans isn't too bad on its own, you do run into things higher than you fairly often though. MMM though should be avoided. Even the MMM for frans decided to screw up my data folder to the extent that I had to clean it out and start over. Other people have reported various other problems with MMM as well. If you havn't downloaded the patch yet, considder yourself lucky. The patch breaks alot of things. You should still be able to find the 1.1 version of those mods around, or by messaging the authors. It is suggested that you do so, and avoid the 1.2 patch, and anything the relies on it entirely until many of these problems are resolved.

Vatras
I like the OOO mod best of the various with leveled lists. It does change a lot of parameters and tweaks things aside from the leveled lists, so it may not be what you are looking for. I could not stand the vanilla Oblivion (the level system kills any feeling of achievement in my eyes, and the infamous daedric bandits too) and tried out what I found on the net. Basically all of the three you posted in the title work, as far as I have tested them and make the game better. I stayed with OOO (and compatible mods) because it does most of the things I wanted to have and did them better than the others for me.
Povuholo
OOO: More static enemies, and improved levelled lists. Lot's of new content (Which often doesn't fit in with the lore, if you care) Francesco's: Not as much static enemies as with OOO. It has better (More detailed than OOO in my opinion) levelled lists instead. Less new content. Sagerblivs: Only changes creatures, not items. Improved levelled lists, and no new content. So it's lorefriendly and a small download. Any levelled ITEMS changing mods can be used with this, and the creator recommends Rare Items, which also doesn't add any new content. (Just to prevent any misunderstandings, with new content I mean items/creatures with new textures/meshes.)
chris 07
I like OOO best but you can also try adrenline oblivion and you'll get an army full of enemies. Or if your up to the challenge try both. :D
