How to mod sounds? I'm especially interested in muting the Power Armor no power warning beep

Hi.

 

I've done some modding before, but with the official CK of other Bethesda games.

 

I'm just wondering how to mod sounds?

 

I want to remove the warning beep that occurs when the power armor has run out of energy.

Unpack the sound files, use XWM converter from Skyrim tools on the Nexus to convert the wanted .xwm into .wav files, use a tool like Audacity to mute the file, reconvert the file into .xwm format, reconstruct the folder structure inside the FO4/Data folder, make sure you've modified the .ini to allow for reading sound files.
