CaintheForsaken
Hello fellow Wastelanders! :nuke: :nuke: :nuke: I am a new addition to the community and must say, it's nice to be here:)I am not a modder(I can only tweak existing mods/meshes) but I have plenty of mod ideas, especially for FO4.Unfortunately I don't have FO4 at the moment,my PC is too weak to handle it properly. But I have watched enough "lets plays" so I am familiar with the game to say the least:) One of the best features in FO4 for me is the enhanced Power Armor gameplay. And I have an idea that can improve the experience.Instead of leaving the power armor on the road upon exiting, with this mod you will have an option to activate autopilot/companion protocols. The armor will follow you just like a companion does(can be passive or agressive towards the enemy, multiple options for balancing). And also you can give spesific commands to the armor.Additionally if the armor is not with you,you can summon it with your pipboy.(Imagine it flying with the jetpack and landing right next to you   ) Thats it guys, what do you think? Can we tackle this project when the GECK/CK is out?P.S. I am not a native English speaker, apologies if I butchered the language:) Edited November 20, 2015 by CaintheForsaken
cruornex
just had this idea while watching big hero 6, thought it would be cool if we could also plug in the AI of basic robots or even unique named or companion robots(not to spoil anything lol)
Jeffman12
I really just want a way to send newly discovered power armor to a vacant settlement bay, but 'uploading' a companion AI would also be pretty sick.At first I thought having some Fallout style version of a quadrotor come and airlift a vacant suit would be best, but I don't see why it shouldn't be able to go tromping off to a location on its own.
