Forgotten Names Midden Daedric Gauntlet

I couldn't find any unique textures, so could it potentially be a regular daedric gauntlet, just scripted to be able to move like that? (dont think I have gotten high enough level to get daedric equipment, and don't have the CK yet though I do want it.)

Okay, looking in BSA Browser - try the Daedric Reliquary folder under clutter\daedric\daedricreliquary. It has a daedricreliquary01.nif, pluse daedricreliquaryband01.nif-04.nif and weren't there four rings you used to manipulate the hand (I saw the glove, but didn't see the rings so never actually did the quest.) I will look to see what the textures look like for it.

I am sorry, but I can't confirm that is indeed the item, though it does use the daedricglove texture (but I can't find the glowing rune in the palm, so that could either be added directly to the nif without a texture (as in colored) or it is a separate mesh itself.) I don't have a nifskope that can open skyrim meshes, if it was indeed released (I heard they were trying to update it, but don't know if it was ever released, nor when they were talking about updating).

Edit again: Looking at the image on the UESP, that reliquary mesh DID use a texture that looks like it might be the rune texture, but it was grey instead of orange, so it might be that they added the color directly to the mesh.

I hope this helps, and if not, that you find the mesh :D

Static: dunMiddenDaedricReliquary01 ID# 000D8B94

uses model: Clutter\Daedric\DaedricReliquary\DaedricReliquary01.nif

As far as moving parts... There are four activators, one for each finger. I can't tell what happens just by looking at the forms in xEdit. Its possible that the script does something to initiate movement.
