Marxist ßastard
Hrm... Has to beat Hound Meat and Scuttle, eh?
Malchik
All you have to do now is open a restaurant in Balmora. Mod project perhaps. Your skills could go up (or down) either temporarily or permanently depending on what you eat! They say you are what you eat! Help! Why haven't I grown fins? And Therana's special ash-yam and rotten kwama egg omelette should certainly be included!
Switch
Thanks for that Wesay! :D Yeah it would make a good mod. Though I'm not sure how easy it would be to do. Would probably involve some imaginative scripting :P
DreamOfTheRood
Perhaps, you could stick the Restaurant into your City of Fire mod. That would add just that much more atmosphere to the city. When is that coming out anyway?
Switch
We could. Will have to ask Jazza or someone about that one :P And just check the FAQ section of the site... I'm pretty sure it's planned for December 2004.
ObsidianKnight
Mmmmm.... fried cliff racer. You know, they say that fowl is supposed to be a really lean meat...
Luminus
It would be great having a restraunt featuring all these great foods. I can just see it now....'Wesaynothing's Fine Foods Restraunt'. Keep working on it Wesay, maybe you can look at what effect the food has on characters, maybe you can make it so a character will get food poisoning from certain foods, uh...not saying your cooking is bad or anything :P Luminus
Dijas
Someone talked about a mod? Better: cheap restaurants and expensive restaurants. In a cheap one, the waiter wouldn't have manners, the food would be with with the cheapest and improper ingredients (like bread - argh! - who likes bread?), and the menu could come with orthographic errors. In the expensive one, a palace, courtesy, etc.
Lord Of The Cheese
yes that would be awesome, i think its a good idea, and that rocks, come up with some more! and i do believe as the scripter for cof i could do it, as the prophecy says.... :nazgul:
