iggythom Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 recently i have noticed bethesda has posted a new version of fallout3 on their website http://patches.bethsoft.com/ which updates to v1.7 english. however this removes the 'data' option on startup so no mods can be activated. has anyone any advice as i am running v 1.0.0.12 straight from my original disc but this doesn't seem to recognise most of the dlc's.

You must have done something wrong when either downloading or installing. The date on the patch is 27 July 2009. You can also get it on the Nexus: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/8216/?
