studentTwenty
So far, I've been able to get things to work like this:Open NMM and switch to the Plugins tab Launch Fallout 4 from Steam and wait for the launcher to disable all ESPs in NMM - you'll see it happen. Re-enable all ESPs in NMM Click "Play" in the Fallout launcher.Textures and other loose-file/non-ESP mods seem to be unaffected by the lockout. The newest update for NMM supposedly fixes the problem, though... gonna try that. I have to manually update it, though - the auto-updater isn't working for some reason. Meh - no big deal. Gilibran
Solution is simple, get fallout script extender, set up custom launch in NMM and done.

Namyquis
Strange ive used this version of falout and mods remain intact... make all your ini files and also your plugins.txt file read only before launching the game.
