XD Yes, but I'm assuming that only the latest one from http://afkmods.iguanadons.net/index.php?/topic/3750-wipz-tes5edit/page-1 has proper Fallout 4 functionality?Seems like it, you'll need v3.1.3 and up for FO4 support and the Nexus mod page for TES5Edit doesn't go above v3.1.2 at this time. Which leads me back to my original question; is there a working mirror for v3.1.3? Is there a problem downloading the version from that thread you linked to yourself? It worked fine for me.
