Unpaused Pip-Boy, Lockpicking and Terminal use.

Would there be a possibility to remove the game pause during these three sequences without altering the functionality of each of them?

I'm guessing it would require G.E.C.K so that one could edit the key-binds for these specific scenarios so that the player character doesnt move around

when navigating through the pipboy, using the terminal, and turning the locks.
