Thanks for the replies :)

I've got people glowing already, so that's not a problem.

We have optimized the HUD colours already, e.g. using white in the pipboy because of the black background.

I hadn't thought of an ENB, I shall definitely try that :)

All I NEED now is for the HUD to be enlarged, everything else is a sort of bonus :)

All you need is to find those HUD modders (there are about 3, I think) who actually altered the HUD size, text font and size. Since these people already have their system in place, changing values would be much easier for them to do than ... say.... me trying to figure out how to alter the HUD. They just don't normally upload a "large font HUD" because there is no demand.

ENB is supposed to be a way to make graphic changes. ENB will tax your computer more, may take away up to 15fps. It means if your computer runs at 40fps, ENB make knock it down to 25fps or 35fps (depending on which ENB, which dictates how much effects they add). For a visually impaired person who has a hard time even identifying smaller scaled enemies, such added graphic features will probably mean nothing.

However, if you are willing to learn, there is some use for ENB. ENB is pretty much one system (some may argue, with the introduction of SweetFX and Reshade). All the uploads are actually ENB Presets. People learned to made all these changes and let us use them so we can get the look they get (sort of like how we would get others' save files so we can get the look of a certain pretty/handsome face). All these ENB presets are made to look pretty for normal users. But if you can learn how to adjust, ENB can do a lot of things. Such as.... De-saturate the entire screen so it looks less busy. Alter contrast, bloom, color ... maybe even turn everything near Black and white (saturation near 0) while hilighting certain prime colors (like in Sin City). It is of course up to the preference of the visually impaired person to see what works for her (as I would have no idea).
