Issue - CTD Cracked Tusk Keep Zone

When I started my playthrough, I ran by this place, discovered it, and left it for later. Now whenever I get near there, I crash. I have added no mods, nor have I removed any. The only reason this is a problem, is because I need to get near that area so I can get into the Broker's Shack for the Undeath quests. This also makes the Mehrune's Razor quest impossible without console commands. I went through the process of disabling each mod I know take place there individually, and starting the game back up. First I disabled Undeath. I crashed. I then disabled INPCs, and I still crashed. I know of no other mods that take place in the area, so I know not what to disable. Can you guys help?

 

 

I have disabled all background tasks that are unessential to my computer.

 

I have, nor have I had any loading or memory issues on this character. The rare times I crash are usually from too many entities in the game at once. NPCs, the like. I use the Skyrim Memory Patch. All my textures are 1k-2k. My game runs at 60FPS, and runs the game on Ultra just fine. I use the latest version of SKSE, and I am using Mod Organizer. MO has all the good stuff attached to it. SKSE, LOOT, WB, FNIS, etc.
