A tiny bit of a rebalance for Power Armor to bring it into line with lore (including Bethesda's lore, which they seem to contradict)

T-45 remains the same, as it was the original power armor

T-60's stats get swapped with the T-51's, since the loading screen even states that "The T-51 was the pinnacle of protection before the war"

X-01 remains the same, as it is the best power armor

Optional file that boost's the T-45 up to T-60's vanilla stats

One thing that gas broken immersion a couple of time for me is the lack of child skeletons. I understand why Bethesda didn't add this, but it's very weird to go into a hospital and find the skeletons of past patients in the beds and then go into the children's ward and find it completely empty. The same could be said about all the empty strollers, but adding infant skeletons may be a bit too gruesome.

A mod to disable the indoor lights or to make them less system demanding. Whenever I find an interior light source, the fps are destroyed. I've made a lot of research and many people complain about it.

To the modders, my sincere thanks. Fallout and TES are fantastic games, even better thanks to you all.

The one thing I see repeated over and over for Fallout 4 is this.

There are no good endings.

Is it even techinically possible, therefore, to create a good ending, even if it doesn't have animations and voice acting?

By that, I mean a path that you can either persuade or force the BoS and the Institute into reforming? It seems crazy that you can build up the Minuteman but you don't have any political power - I was expecting from the way it was going that you would build that area of the Commonwealth up to something able to force the other powers to back down and work together, without annihilating one or both.

Instead, it just seems like another crapsack ending. You stop some things from getting worse temporarily, but you are not really solving anything. The future seems to be that everyone will turn into ghouls, then feral ghouls. Or synths will exterminate the organic life forms. Or the BoS will turn the place into a fascist State - presumably resulting in more nuclear conflicts.

Yay?

Overhaul Settlement Management/Building and it's UI

  • Names for settlers and show their current task as well the ability for them to do multiple tasks and "to-do" lists
  • Set up patrols and scavenging teams that will explore outside the settlement and into the Commonwealth
  • Settlers can "level up" and gain experience like the player and are actually at risk of dying
  • More freedom with object snapping (snapping wall or walls w/doorways in between two connected floor pieces is the first instance that comes to mind, so one could make separate rooms)
  • More refined object snapping
  • The ability to toggle object snapping off/on

These are just a few ideas that come to mind, so please feel free to contribute any other ideas.

- Rocketlauncher, Targetting-Computer: track 1, 3, 4 targets at the same time depending on mods

- settler shouldnt spawn inside objects

- transfer all money from settlements to sanctuary, or simply share everything

- when 20 beds are built in a settlement, stop calling new settlers above 20

- in general, make settlers less dumb (=

thanks
