Map change to show artillery ranges from Settlements?

if the map would show, say a red dotted circular line around the maximum range of the artillery from each settlement, that would sure as hell save us a lot of time and wasted artillery smoke grenades trying t find out if we're too far away from the settlement to successfully call in an artillery strike!

Damn that annoys you when it happens :P

So knowing when you ARE in range would be great! :)

either a new map

or, like the "supply lines", a hotkey will show the range circles?

also, to help you figure out when you have overlapping fields of fire, for that "BIGBADABOOM!" when you can call in multiple strikes, muhaha! ;)

much thanks if someone can do this!

To add to this, what I would like is not just hit the smoke, but also the area near the smoke. A broad area. And they could modify, and use, mini nukes to do this. And once an exterior area is clear, it remains so. I'm thinking of putting at least one per settlement, with more than a few people in it, that way I could have some range from them.

I just cannot play without having this kind of mod, without it the game doesn't feel immersive at all. So much useless food and water in my inventory. I'd really want to have Hardcore like in New Vegas, with the exception that Nuka Cola quenches your thirst instead or growing it for some reason.

Why isn't one out yet, does anyone know? Any estimates when we're probably going to have one?

Agree 100%.

I'm actually back to playing FO3 with a 'survival needs' mod (IMCN) and all the high-resolution texture packs I could find.

After installing those texture packs the graphics actually look pretty close to FO4 now too so I don't really miss playing FO4.

At all.

try Tale of Two Wastlands. If you run that you could stick to FO3's wasteland if you like but get all of NVs features and additions added to it without issue.

And once you beat the game, well, who said the Lone Wanderer didn't get a job as a Courier?

Thanks for that suggestion!

Would I have to remove the mods I already have installed for FO3, or have install TTW and then reinstall all the mods?
