Real-time shadows?

That was something I enjoyed in Skyrim after making the necessary ini tweaks. In FO4, the relevant ini lines appear to be in Fallout4.ini as follows:

~

~

fSunUpdateThreshold:Display=0.5f
fSunShadowUpdateTime=1.0

 

Playing with these a little doesn't seem to accomplish much, any advice or ideas? Thanks!
