seekingthesun
I'm getting lookup failed! on the names of the newer settlement placeable items.I followed the advice in seekingthesun's post above. It worked. But as soon as I re-installed my mods it came back.I'm not using BIS, am using AWKCRJust FYI. 81 You might just have an incompatible mod. MissRockets
An easy enough fix on my part: Open SteamGo to your LibraryRight click on Fallout4, go to PropertiesClick on the Local Files tabClick Verify integrity of game cache, takes a few minutes (mine found an error and fixed it) Everything was fine when i went back in game I hope it works for you :)
junglerat70
I have the same problem, but more wide spread. Sometimes on start of game where it shows you different tips while the game is loading, I will get the "Lookup Failed" notice. When creating items in a settlement workshop, many of the items will show the same notice. It is not caused by either of the mods you mentioned because I do not have any of those mods installed. seekingthesun
Just verifying your cache alone might not work you really have to delete the old because steam apparently doesn't use a checksum system or similar.
vachnic
I had this problem as well (in the "widespread" version). I read somewhere that this was caused by an outdated version of Full Dialogue Interface . Once I updated, the problem was gone for me.

tartarsauce2
settlement keywords I believe gives problemsI had the lookup error in regards to various things related to water (like pressing r to fill etc) after getting automatron, but I didn't have it as a problem in 1.5 baseline (although I think I used waterworks as an over-ride and didn't merge the things so...)I stopped using SK plugin for now, and removed any references to it from any manually merged mods (like if I put a keyword from SK into my latest over-ride I took it out again)course, I'm using one of the dialogue mods too now where I wasn't before, and so on, so there's that, hmm...
