Lanceor
For anything player home related, Oblivion's Real Estate is an excellent site for both players and modders.

Ghoulz
I'll give these a try. Prolly won't get to check half of them out, without completing a quest, or getting killed trying to get to them. Not much you can do with a level 1 character. Flying Island House(checked it out already, love it) Hoarfrost CastleHome 1.1a(w/e the hell the original name is)Aleswell HomeRedwood EstateOrangeroad CottageEM Redrose ManorArchfall HouseAlchemist Cave(got the note on the trap door and was too lazy to go back to the city)HC House Treehouse(like it even though it's bland, can even snipe people) Nibenay Falls Manor(it's... ok) Sbturn Penthouse(crappy FPS) Yet to install The NetherThe RiftThe Topical VesselWaterlogged TowerAqvatikaAvaiRii Underwater HomeBravil Sea DomesCastle DomroseHouse on the BluffPALACE OF VARNER SHUUOR There are others I'd love to try but their file sizes are too much. Lanceor
Yes, there's *almost* too many to choose from. :) I tend to save my game before trying them out. If I decide not to keep one of the mods, I'll uninstall it and roll back my save. Once you've tried a few, you'll notice that each modder has a different "style" and you might end up with several homes from the same modder. As an interesting note, there is an entire sub-group of gamers/modders who aren't particularly interested in adventuring, fighting monsters or any of the typical RPG stuff, but find that Oblivion is a wonderful platform for creating their ultimate dreamhome and taking beautiful screenshots. Their player homes tend to be the most detailed and personal - far more than anything that comes out of Bethesda. :)
