First, Has your computer ever run Oblivion?

If not:

Using the computer you plan to play the game on

Go here to see if your computer can run the game

http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/

You will find the various game we support

Oblivion listed as 'The Elder Scrolls IV, Oblivion

Fallout3 as Fallout3 PC

Dragon Age listed as Dragon age

Fallout New Vegas as Fallout: New Vegas

Morrowind is not listed, However if you can run Oblivion at all it should run well on your system.

Note: TES V - Skyrim is not listed yet as no one knows what the final requirements will be yet.

If it passes the can it run test: (If it fails this is as far as you go)

Which version? DVD? GOTY? Steam? Other?

What Operating System? WinXP? Vista? Win7? Other?

Where is it installed? Default location? Other?

Is it patched? To what version?

Do you have any mods? List in the Load order (NOT the data list in the game as that is usually alphabetical and not the load order)

Do you use OBSE? OBMM? Wrye Bash? or any other utility programs?

i am glad i got a moderator on this.

i use goty

it has worked on many occasions before

i use obmm

it is patched to the latest unofficial patch, with the unoficial official mod patch but without the shivering isles patch.

this happened after i disable the see you sleep mod as it caused problems with rtt and totf

i have tried uninstall and reinstall but to no avail.

do you think i should reinstall see you sleep and then disable it another way? (as in un checking it in the data files on the loader instead of disabling it with obmm)

ps my avatar is not a picture of me
