Mods wont run after installing the new fallout 4 beta patch

The beta disables all mods. This was done on purpose by Bethesda for testing. That is what a beta is - a test.

Disable the Beta participation in steam, then run the verify game cache to revert back to the pre beta version.

There are some work arounds that allow mods to work with the beta, but the next change to the beta could disable them again.

If you go to your \Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Fallout4 folder you will see a file called 'plugins.txt'. Open it's properties and set it to read-only after you've enabled mods. Problem solved.

Of course as bben said the next beta update may change it all up again.

I have my own theories as to why Bethesda did that but since I'm nearly out of aluminum foil I'll just let it go.
