NMM don`t activtes Mods in fallout 4

Hello,

I have a Problem with the NMM, everytime I start Fallout 4, my mods dont `t get actived.

I don`t known why ?

 

i have allready done this:

 

bEnableFileSelection=1 ( in FalloutPrefs.ini)

 

and this in the Fallout.ini

 

sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\

What version of Fallout4 are you running?
