Can an option to scrap everything in a settlement be possible?

So we all know the drill; you help a group of people kill a whole raider gang and you come back to get their Minutemen support.

 

And now you need to physically move everywhere and pick up the trash, branches, buried stuff, broken parts, etc. by yourself. This is especially worse on places like Sanctuary where you have an entire neighborhood to clean up. I was thinking if it were possible to just skip this and scrap everything in a radius. Also might be useful for starting all over again if you want to make a new style on your settlement.

There's a console command called

scrapall

that will scrap every scrappable item in that settlement.
