Rebinding Favorite keys after update?

I know that they freed up the numpad for people who play the game left handed and what not, but I'd really like my numpad back to my favorites. Is there anyway for me to do this without a third party software? I checked the controls and it's not there.

 

Might be a stupid thing to ask, but might as well ask it and see.
